Purpose-built applications and human-managed services deliver value at any stage of a building’s lifecycle. Deployed for individual buildings or a global portfolio of properties, BuildingIQ energy-based insights and services drive three key factors that benefit:

  • Lower, more optimized energy use,

  • Greater operational efficiency, and

  • Improved tenant comfort and health.

These three powerful factors interact naturally and benefit and address the energy related needs of property owners and operators worldwide by:

  • Increasing operating margins, property resale or leasing value, and brand equity;

  • Simplifying regulatory compliance, and

  • Providing the modeling, predictive analytics, insights, and closed loop control.

Visualization
Efficiency and improved energy measures begins with understanding where your energy is used or misused. Deep metering, DOE modeling, and analysis are a Software as a Solution (SaaS) that quickly identify outliers and help measure the impact of your work.

Operations
We lower the cost of operating a building through providing deep analytics, and then diagnosing issues so you can act. From data-driven project work to smart continuous commissioning based on deep analytics, our services help your teams work better.

Predictive Control
What comes after understanding energy use, acting upon insights, and operating with zero drift? Predictive control. Our services take buildings to the next level with autonomous, continuous efficiency. Artificial Intelligence (AI) with human oversight optimizes energy efficiency and building operations, every day, 24/7, automatically.
